Every order ships from the United Kingdom with free delivery — no minimum spend, no hidden charges. The price you see on the product page is the final price you pay at checkout.

## Where We Deliver

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only — England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. We don't yet offer international shipping.

## Order Processing

Orders are prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Our daily cut-off for same-day processing is 14:00 GMT.

## Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for what happens next.

## Missing Items

If your order arrives incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll resolve it.
